At Spa 180, we’ve carefully curated a range of spa treatments, massages and facials, to empower you towards a greater state of health and wellbeing. For all of our treatments, we use all-natural, botanical-rich products from Aromatherapy Associates and Sodashi for a sensory experience that calms the mind, relaxes the body and rejuvenates the skin.

Relax and Renew (120 mins, $300)

Ultimate Aromatherapy Massage 60 mins and Pure Radiance Facial.

Begin your treatment by hand-selecting one of our Aromatherapy Associates skin-nourishing oils for your treatment. Applying Swedish and neuromuscular techniques, your therapist will then begin your massage by applying perfect pressure to relieve any muscle tension, drain the lymphatic system and boost blood circulation. Next, enjoy a Pure Radiance Facial using our Sodashi skincare range enriched with natural botanical extracts. Relax as the aromatic, warm facial compresses softens and exfoliates your face and a nurturing face mask is applied to help brighten, hydrate and nourish your skin. 

Body and Soul (180mins, $400)

To finish off your day of indulgence, enjoy a rich, scalp mud massage treatment to quieten your mind and a Pure Radiance Facial using all-natural ingredients to leave you looking beautifully radiant.

Thermal Facelift (90 mins, $240)

Pure Radiance (60 mins, $170)

The ultimate revitalising ritual, this deeply relaxing facial begins with an aromatic warm facial compress by Sodashi designed to soften and exfoliate your skin. Your skin is then rehydrated and renewed with an all-natural, botanical-rich face mask designed to purify, restore and nourish while addressing any ongoing concerns. 

Ultimate Aromatherapy (60/90 mins, $160/$210)

Commence your massage with a one-on-one aromatherapy consultation to select the perfect therapeutic, signature oil for your needs. Your therapist will then carefully apply pressure from ‘head to toe’ to soothe the nervous system, relieve muscle pressure and drain the lymphatic system using Swedish and neuromuscular techniques. An intense ritual drawn from a fusion of eastern and western techniques, this massage will dissolve away stress and rebalance your mind, body and soul.

Rose Pregnancy (60 mins, $160)

We’re here to support you along your journey to motherhood with this deeply relaxing massage. Using Aromatherapy Associate’s Renewing Rose Body Oil (safely formulated for pregnancy) your therapist will perform traditional aromatherapy pressure point techniques to the upper back paying close attention to tight shoulders and legs to relieve stress, tension and heaviness. The treatment is then completed with a full scalp and facial massage to boost circulation and leave you looking like a radiant, glowing ‘Mum to be’.

Spa 180 Time Together (120 mins, $450 per couple)

Immerse yourselves in the mineral-rich water at our Vitality Spa as you soak up the iconic 180-degree views of Bass Strait. To give you a true taste of Tasmania, we’ll also serve you a delicious cheese platter with local sparkling wine as you watch golfers tee off at the 15th Hole. Once completely relaxed, you can then escape the world together in our ocean view suite and enjoy a 60 min full body Aromatherapy Massage with tailored therapeutic oils.

Scalp Treatment (15 mins, $55)

“Extend the bliss with a soothing scalp treatment”

Experience a luxurious and moisture-rich Sodashi Scalp Mud massage to release any built-up pressure and tension. Left on the hair for deep conditioning and nourishment, this treatment provides an intense boost of essential nutrients to revitalise the scalp and improve the lustre of your locks. The perfect addition to any treatment to ease a busy mind.

Stop and Relax Facial (30 mins, $95)

“Take a moment to renew and hydrate your skin for a fresher complexion”

Using Sodashi’s unique warm exfoliating compresses, aromatic calming mist and firming gel mask, this express facial aims to deeply cleanse the face and bring back your natural, radiant glow. Complete with all-natural, nutrient-rich moisturisers for the eyes, lips, face and neck, this is the ultimate addition to a massage to leave the skin revitalised, supple and resistant to the effects of urban living.

Foot Soother (30 mins, $85)

“Give your feet the attention they deserve”

Soothe and revitalise tired, aching feet with an invigorating polish from Sodashi combining the ingredients of sweet orange, geranium and Himalayan sea salt to refresh the skin and stimulate circulation. A Mint Soother Foot Treatment enriched with Arnica, Lavender and Peppermint is then massaged into your feet and lower legs to boost circulation, cool aching feet and reduce swelling and fluid retention.

 Remedial Treatments

To help improve mobility, ease pain and improve the physical health of golfers and non- golfers visiting Barnbougle, Spa 180 has Remedial Treatments available. These are 60 minute treatments that our trained Therapist, Alex, will tailor to suit your needs.

This may include Remedial massage, Rocktape and Cupping. The Primary goal of this treatment is to meet your physical needs and improve your game.
