Where are you located?
We are located on the Lost Farm property at Barnbougle, Bridport, Tasmania.
Once you are on the Barnbougle property take a right turn when you arrive at the Dunes Clubhouse and follow the signs to Lost Farm. There is a 4km internal road connecting the two properties. Follow the road until you arrive at the Lost Farm carpark. From there you will head up the hill following the signs to the Day Spa.
Please allow 10 minutes if you are driving from Bridport and if you are driving from Launceston we suggest allowing 1 hour and 15 mins.

How far in advance should I book?
As we are an intimate, boutique spa, we recommend advanced reservations to ensure we can accommodate your requests. Please contact us via phone, email or our website to book your appointments.
What time should I arrive for my appointment?
We advise arriving at least 15 mins prior to your appointment so you are relaxed and ready for your treatment. Please be aware that if you are late to your appointment it may reduce your treatment time if we have another booking.
What should I bring with me?
Apart from a relaxed and calm mindset, we recommend bringing your swimwear if you have booked a steam retreat or Vitality Spa treatment. Upon arrival, we will provide you with a secure locker, luscious bathrobe, disposable slippers and underwear. We recommend not wearing your jewellery as it will need to be removed prior to your treatment.
Should I turn off my phone?
At Spa 180, we encourage total disconnection. To ensure the comfort and relaxation of you and our guests, we ask you to please put your phone on silent and keep voices to a minimum.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations and changes to
your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours, or failure to show up
to your appointment, will result in your forfeiting your deposit and being charged to your card for the balance of your session.
Do you have to be a certain age to visit Spa 180?
In order to enjoy the spa facilities and treatments, all guests must be 18 years and over. Guests aged from 16 years may attend with a parent or legal guardian who prior to the treatment completes a signed consent form.
What days are you open?
From the 1st May 2024, Spa 180 is open from 10am - 5pm Friday through Monday for all of your relaxation needs. We are closed on Public holidays.
